Restaurants & Cafes:

Rakuichi - This hidden gem in Annupuri sells arguably the best soba noodles (buckwheat noodles) in the region. It may just be a small counter with no English menu but it offers a truly authentic Japanese experience. The Japanese dishes are carefully crafted by the chef using fresh ingredients of the season, and it's just a three-minute walk from Annupuri Village.

Del Sol - The best pizza in Niseko is tucked away in this small pizzeria located in Annupuri, just a five-minute walk from the village. This Italian-style pizza is thin crust, wood fired and has authentic homemade toppings.

Luckyfingers - Chef Yoshi has world-renowned restaurants including Megu in New York, Hong Kong, Dubai and Moscow. His restaurants offer Japanese crafted beer, bespoke cocktails with local spirits, sake and vintage Japanese whiskeys, and the cooking is simple yet delicious.

Places of Interest:

Mt. Yotei - The volcanic cone of Mt. Yotei dominates the region. There is a popular hiking trail that follows the edge of the crater, though this should not be attempted in winter without a guide.
