Elite Alliance® is an exchange program for owners at our select family of prestigious residence clubs and luxurious, professionally managed vacation homes. The simple exchange process transforms your real estate ownership into a key that unlocks the door to seamless travel adventures - ski trips, golf getaways, beach escapes and much more - at a growing array of coveted destinations worldwide.
In partnership with East West, Elite Alliance extends membership to owners at Timbers Bachelor Gulch. Owners will experience properties in the Alliance that meet premium standards of quality, service, location, and amenities. Whenever and wherever they go on an Elite Alliance Vacation, owners will experience the luxury, convenience, and personal attention they have come to expect.
How It Works
As a member of Elite Alliance, you are able to make vacation deposits and exchanges, as well as purchase Elite Escapes through our robust platform 24/7. Exchange Coordinators are also able to assist with all aspects of your vacation experience 6 days a week.

Deposit any unused 7, 4 or 3 night vacation at your home residence into Elite Alliance to earn Elite Credits, our vacation currency.
Elite Credits are valid for 2 years and are based on the residence size, desirability of the destination, and seasonality.
Browse availability
Select a 7, 4 or 3 night stay at any of our participating properties, and reserve by using your Elite Credits and paying an exchange fee that ranges from $395-$895.
Elite Escapes are available 45-days prior to the vacation arrival date for Core Members and 60-days prior to the vacation arrival date for Premium Members. Elite Escapes do not require the use of Elite Credits to reserve and prices range from $695-$1,995 for the full length of stay
Access Vacations are also available at select properties, and are offered at exclusive rates. Credits do not apply, and vacation dates range from short-notice to future availability.

Earning Elite Credits
Elite Alliance is unlike other exchange programs for the fact that all of our properties meet premium standards of quality, service, location, and amenities. Offering a diverse and expanding portfolio of elegant residences, we remain committed to only accepting professionally managed properties into the Exchange.
When you make vacation deposits into Elite Alliance you will receive Elite Credits in return. Elite Credit allocations are based on the size of the residence, location desirability, and seasonality.
