No. Vacations that were booked prior to August 24th, 2016 will be for a full 7 nights. After August 24th, vacations will be available in 3-, 4- or 7-night stays.
No. At this time, we are only accepting deposits of 7 nights.
Exchange Fees are as follows; $495 for a 3-night vacation, $395 for a 4-night vacation and $595 for a 7-night vacation. The 3-night vacations will typically be the weekend, more desirable days, while the 4-night vacations will encompass the weekdays.

Simple. We have allocated Elite Credits to each 7 night deposit, based on seasonality, destination desirability and bedroom category. Each week is then split into 3- and 4-night periods; the 3-night vacations will typically be the weekend, more desirable day, while the 4-night vacations will encompass the weekdays. The 3-night period is provided an Elite Credit allocation higher than the 4-night vacation period, based on its desirability. By way of example; a 7-night vacation in a 3 bedroom is provided 60 Elite Credits. The 3-night vacation is 36 Elite Credits and the 4-night vacation is 24 Elite Credits, for a total of 60 Elite Credits.
No. These dates are predetermined and cannot be altered.
Yes. Elite Credits can be purchased for $75.00 each, or $750 for 10.
Yes. Each property has the ability to dictate their housekeeping fees. The services provided by each property meet Elite Alliance’s Brand Standards and Service Expectations. When completing an exchange or purchasing an Elite Escape, members will need to confirm that they have reviewed and agreed to the housekeeping fees that will be applied to their vacation reservation.
Yes. There are two ways to request vacations. Members who have deposited a vacation can make up to two (2) requests for future vacations and add them to their ‘Watch List.’ These future vacation requests can span up to three months and will expire based on the expiration date of the vacation you have deposited. Watch List Future Requests require deposits with arrival dates that are at least ninety (90) days after the date they are deposited. When a requested vacation is deposited by another Elite Alliance member, the requesting member will be notified on a first-come, first-served basis and have 24 hours to accept the requested vacation before it is offered to another member.
Members can also ‘Request a Vacation’. Members may request a specific week, 3-night or 4-night vacation at a property, offering Elite Credits to the depositing member. The Member’s ability to ‘offer’ additional Elite Credits is only limited by the number of Elite Credits they have in their account. Once submitted, Elite Alliance will notify the members at the Club you’ve selected to vacation at. Requests are sent every Thursday at 10:00 am EST. A response to the Member’s request is received within five days, and the Elite Credits necessary to cover this request will be placed “on hold” pending a response. The depositing member will receive the Elite Credits allocated to the vacation if they decide to make the deposit.
Yes. Elite Escapes are offered as 3-, 4- and 7-night, short notice vacations. The pricing for these vacations will be commensurate with the vacation’s length of stay and seasonality.
